In Norilsk, a woman walked a deer on a leash from the comfort of her vehicle. Another motorist ironically commented on what was happening.

“Nothing unusual, everything is in the order of things in Norilsk. Walking in a car with a deer. Everything is in order, everything is as it should be. Every day we see this…” commented the author of the video.
