Most people take forever to gather their courage and go to the gym. The path to the gym is accompanied by gritting of teeth and all sorts of curses, but after the first workout ... everything changes. Muscles fill with blood and water, and then an inevitable attack of narcissism begins. Who is this beefy handsome man in front of us in the mirror?
