Chinese man pretended to be a high-ranking official for four years army officer. He wore a uniform and used fake documents to win women's hearts. And he succeeded! AND fell asleep, as usual, quite by accident.





Recently, Ji'an County Police, Jiangxi Province, China published a statement about the detention of a man who had been posed as a senior colonel of the army missile division.

The man, surnamed Zhu, reportedly showed up to be tested for Covid-19 in Ao Township Medical Facility. He was dressed in formal uniform with all the insignia of a high-ranking officer. Him even had identification papers.

But when the staff checked his name in the database, they didn't find it. no one with that rank in the Chinese army and called the police.



After asking Zhu a few questions, the police realized that the case was not clean and The man was taken to the police station for further investigation. Very soon, Zhu admitted that he was not a colonel at all, but a uniform and documents purchased online.

The man said that he always dreamed of having a respected and desired position in the Chinese army - mainly because the officers enjoy popular with women. In 2018, he found a realistic uniform of a colonel and decided to start a new life.



The uniform was very well made, and with the help of a fake Zhu's identity cards were able to sneak into the hearts of several women, as he dreamed. Officer rank also opened to him several other doors in Chinese society. Fake life so he was drawn in that he continued to lead it for more than four years.

Although Zhu's actions at first glance seem harmless (well, arranged masquerade in order to look more solid), now he is threatened severe consequences. Impersonating a member of the military in China is considered a very serious crime.
