A motorist from the city of Altai made a funny video. The inspector rolled a piece of paper into a bag, and then asked the girl to breathe into it.

Kazakhs laughed at this way of checking the presence of alcohol intoxication.

"There is no smell. I just made sure I was sober, that's all."
