Such towers of human bodies are being built in Spain, in the province Catalonia. For more than 200 years, the tradition of creating "castells" (towers) attracts thousands of spectators to the city of Vilafranca del Penedès, where there is a specially built stadium for “castells”.





Such competitions are held every two years. On every team there can be no more than 500 castellers. The team that wins built the tallest tower.
