The act of one motorist from Moscow puzzled users networks. A woman parked her Hyundai Solaris on wheels alone rims, no tires, and left a note under the glass for the police. 
“Dear police! Yes, I know I don't have wheels! I took them off herself. Please don't come to my house because of this like last year"
