Drunk in the trash man made a fatal accident in Vladivostok

In the area of Russkaya Street in Vladivostok, a 47-year-old Mitsubishi Delica driver knocked down a pedestrian and rammed three cars to death.
Mitsubishi Delica driver rammed Nissan Bluebird, Hyndai Solaris, Audi A8.
A 26-year-old pedestrian was fatally injured. The rest of the participants were not hurt.
There was a video in which the culprit is trying to crawl in a puddle.
