It was an ordinary day at the supermarket, but an elderly lady came out and lit up the crowd
Both here and overseas, shopping centers are always full of a wide variety of people. I think that day passers-by did not even notice that pensioners were quietly gathering around the largest hall of the supermarket in much larger numbers than usual. However, when their leader gave a sign, it was no longer possible to ignore the cheerful old men. The cheerful elderly lady, who was the first to go to the center of the hall and began to dance, immediately attracted the attention of everyone around her. Imagine the surprise of people when a good hundred pensioners stepped onto the impromptu dance floor behind her. Even an old woman in a wheelchair wormed her way into their company, proudly standing on the left flank along with her assistant. Of course, the performance of such an unusual ensemble quickly gained dozens of enthusiastic spectators. I confess that I myself share their feelings. Watching the dance of gray-haired, but happy and beautiful ladies and gentlemen is a rare pleasure!
This whole event was organized by a New Zealand charitable foundation. These people deal with issues of convenience for the elderly and disabled in public places. They often visit such buildings on official visits. Those places that meet the needs of the foundation’s audience are awarded a special quality mark. Here, the organization’s activists simply held a small flash mob, designed to attract the attention of others to the problem they are dealing with. As you can see, the older dancers did an excellent job, having a lot of fun along the way and delighting everyone present!
