The guy was driving along the highway when suddenly puppies ran out right under the wheels (6 photos)

Andrey Matey was returning home from his girlfriend's when he suddenly saw something interesting on the highway right in front of him! At first he didn't understand anything and just slowed down to avoid it, but when he got out of the car, he saw three little puppies!

“I saw three kids, one of whom playfully jumped on my leg. They didn’t even suspect that a minute ago they were on the verge of death!” - said Matei.

At first the guy didn’t know what to do with this find, but the little puppies were so friendly that he, of course, couldn’t leave them there on the road alone!

He put them in his car and continued his three hour drive home... The puppies were excited about this adventure but eventually got tired and fell asleep in the back seat!

During the trip home, Andrei posted photos of the found puppies on Facebook, and one of his friends recommended calling his neighbor, who is an experienced animal rescuer.

The guy quickly contacted her. After discussing the situation, the woman agreed to meet him at a local veterinarian.

After examining the pups, the veterinarian determined that the puppies were about 4-5 weeks old. All three had fleas, but were otherwise nothing to worry about. The puppies were incredibly friendly and excited towards everyone who met them!

After everyone was checked, the rescue woman agreed to take in the foundlings, and Matei said goodbye to his new friends - hoping that they would soon find their homes!

“I left after a friend promised that all the puppies would be fine and new families would be found for them. A week later, I checked the Facebook page and saw great news that all the dogs had found homes and were safe!” said Matei.
