A film was made in Japan in which an alien race was called the Kyrgyz
On November 10, a science fiction film called Brave Storm will be released in Japan. The film tells the story of humanity's struggle with the alien race of the Kyrgyz. The film itself has nothing to do with the people of Kyrgyzstan.
"The year is 2050. An alien race with the sonorous name of the Kyrgyz has practically wiped humanity off the face of the Earth. The last survivors steal the technology for making combat robots from the invaders and go back in time to build their own iron army for the Kyrgyz arrival. Our contemporary, a young boxer, is called upon to become the pilot of the first Japanese combat robot with the call sign Red Baron," the official synopsis for the film says
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the film is a kind of mix of famous Western blockbusters like The Avengers, X-Men, Iron Man, Terminator and Pacific Rim, and also includes many elements of Japanese pop culture.
According to the plot, the Kasuga brothers build a time machine in 2050 to send a team back in time and stop an alien invasion. Their first mission is to find a gifted robot scientist named Kenichiro Kurenai so that he can build the Red Baron before the aliens arrive. The team's second mission is to train a boxer named Ken, since only he can control the aforementioned robot.
The film Brave Storm includes all the elements of the sci-fi genre: an alien race invades, destroys the environment, and travels through time. At one point in the film, a scout from the Kyrgyz alien race explains the reason for the invasion by the fact that there is so much violence on Earth that sooner or later humanity would destroy itself and this planet.
The film is directed (as well as written and supervised by visual effects) by Jun Okabe. This film is his debut work. Rising Japanese stars Hisashi Yoshizawa, Shunsuke Daito, Chihiro Yamamoto, Shu Watanabe, Yuki Matsuzaki take part in the film. The budget of the film is $ 20 million. The film's duration is 84 minutes.
