Broke down trying to leave the apartment with tied sheets
An eyewitness captured the strange act of a young man who decided to leave the apartment in an unconventional way. The incident occurred on December 16 on Dostoevsky Street in Orel.
In the footage taken with a mobile phone camera, you can see how a future patient of one of the city hospitals climbs out of the window of the sixth floor of a nine-story panel building.
Having safely left the balcony, he begins to descend along the tied sheets. For some time he managed to control the descent process. However, between the fourth and third floors, the established vertical movement along the homemade “staircase” for an unknown reason malfunctioned and the “climber” fell down.
The further fate of the young man remains unknown. According to local media, the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs did not receive any signals regarding this fact.
Also “behind the scenes” were the motives that prompted the young man to choose such an extraordinary method of descending into the yard.
