По-моему это разработка сера Синклера, того который сделал такой популярный на территории бывшего ссср компьютер "синклер", ("спектрум" и т.д. )
Дяденька из семьи потомственных изобретателей, вот после работы в области компьютерной техники переключился на недорогие транспортные средства.
