The symbol of Paris already stands near the Chateau Ledo entertainment center. A few tens of meters from the intersection of Akademika Pavlova Street and Saltovsky Highway, the construction of the Eiffel Tower has been completed.
This is part of the image of the new shopping and entertainment center "French Boulevard", which is currently being built next to Chateau Ledo. The structure is located on the second floor of the parking lot of a shopping center under construction. The parking lot is also not finished yet.
The height of the structure is 35 meters. This is almost ten times less than the height of the original Eiffel Tower in Paris - 300 meters.
The 35 meters of the Kharkov Eiffel Tower took 35 tons of metal. It is made of ten metal parts and four levels, said Aleksey Dzyubenko, real estate project manager for the French Boulevard shopping center. The first and second levels consist of four parts each, the third and fourth - one each.
If the Parisian building, in addition to decorating the city, also serves as a tower for television, radio and mobile communications, then the Kharkov tower will simply decorate a new shopping center.
The grand opening of the Eiffel Tower took place on Valentine's Day, February 14. On this day, the tower was illuminated for the first time, and the lights will be lit every evening after that.
The tower will have an observation deck, but only on the first, lowest level. Anyone can climb it, but not immediately after the grand opening, but towards the end of spring, when construction work around it is completed.
