A Jeep driver on a highway in New York State decided not to waste time in a traffic jam and set off to bypass the queue along the shoulder. And everything would have been fine if a police officer hadn't been stuck in the traffic jam right along with everyone else. Judging by the exclamation of the driver with the dashcam, members of the international "shoulder driver" club are "loved" equally all over the world.
