Виникає баротравма легень. Спливати потрібно, роблячи короткі вдихи та довгі видихи. І взагалі не слід обганяти бульбашки видихуваного повітря.

Є така книжка «Техмінімум» для плавців-підводників ще з радянських часів, почитайте, там усе розписано. В інтернеті теж багато інформації. Я, наприклад, у СРСР навчався 3 місяці, щоб отримати посвідчення аквалангіста, і медкомісію проходив повну — не як на водійське, значно більше.

Одна поправка. Баротравма легень найчастіше трапляється при спливанні з невеликої глибини до поверхні. Якщо ви вдихнули з апарата на глибині 2 метри і, затримавши дихання, спливете на поверхню, шанс отримати баротравму значно вищий, ніж при спливанні з 40 м до 38 м. Важливий не сам тиск, а його перепад.
