Genesis, considering the Audi RS6 and BMW M5 Touring's loyal, albeit limited, customer base, decided to create something similar, but on a larger scale. Presumably, with an emphasis on luxury rather than performance, as Hyundai simply doesn't have engines on the level of the top-of-the-line German twin-turbo V8s, except perhaps the 3.5-liter turbo V6 with its 400 horsepower, which is clearly underpowered by the standards of the genre.
These seem to be the preconditions for the G90 Wingback Muscle Wagon. Currently, it's a concept with no promise of production. There are no performance specifications or demonstrations of its interior charms, not to mention how much it will cost.
Of course, it wouldn't be difficult for a huge company to quickly launch a production process, given the well-established production of the G90. The question is, who would be interested in such a car? As a family vehicle, a full-size SUV is much more convenient, and for a sporty driver, the G90 Wingback Muscle Wagon is too bulky. Perhaps only a die-hard station wagon enthusiast would find it appealing, but those are few among the wealthy.
