A video has been published online in which one of the activists in occupied Donetsk scolds an elderly woman with a pateritsa - a local water "oligarch" who uses water to water plants in a small garden and has a supply of technical water.
As reported by Censor.NET, neighbors suspect the woman of taking water from a local water supply without permission and denies it and says that her son-in-law brought the water.
