The speed here is not racing, but quite brisk - 64 kilometers per hour, and winning the race is a pure lottery, so any participant can quite rightly blame fate if he does not get there first. More than 200 million dollars were spent on creating this entertainment. At the time of opening in 2012, it was the most expensive Disney attraction.
