A girl found a Covid amusement park in Vietnam: it seems dystopian (3 photos + 1 video)
A British tourist stumbled upon a theme park dedicated to the coronavirus pandemic while traveling in Vietnam. It features sculptures of pathogens, "covid" watches, and other unusual objects. 
According to her, she found this unusual park in the city of Dalat, called "Tuyen Lam Lake National Tourism Zone." At this site, she saw four themed zones, one of which was called "COVID-19 Park."
The footage taken by the tourist shows figurines of pathogens with bulging eyes participating in a humorous boxing match. Other "viruses" are impaled on a syringe like a shashlik, there are sculptures of "jailed" viruses, or a pathogen carrying the dying Earth on a cart. 
The tourists also noticed a clock, where each number on the timeline was replaced by symbols of the coronavirus pandemic, such as a face mask, a vaccine, or a protective suit. 
At first, she found the park a bit apocalyptic, but then she saw the humorous side.
"The clock at first gave a dystopian feel, and the fact that all the sculptures were surrounded by trees," she explained. "But then when you turn the corner and see a virus with bulging eyes the size of a person locked in a prison, it just becomes funny."
The Brit added that she and other travelers "couldn't stop laughing and kept looking around to see if any of the Vietnamese found it funny, but they all seemed pretty serious."

She also admitted that it is difficult to understand how to perceive this park, since it is strange to ridicule the pandemic, which has killed more than 7 million people around the world, and for many this topic is sensitive, but on the other hand, the sculptures seem like a joke. It is unknown whether the "COVID-19 Park" will work in 2024.
