More and more exotic animals are settling in people's houses and apartments. Skunks make up a certain share of them. Yes, the animal whose name has become a household word can live at home and still be a pretty nice pet. Tamed skunks are distinguished by their cheerful and friendly nature.
The first and main question that everyone asks who hears about skunks as a pet: what about the smell?! The glands of baby skunks are removed while they are in the nursery. The operation does not cause any harm. Removal of the protective glands does not affect the future life of the animal, unless of course the owner lets the animal out for long walks outside, where it can encounter predators.
