Japanese wow-technology from 1984 - an "invisible" calculator right on the watch dial. The model is called Casio AT-552, and its trick is in the touch panel built into the glass, which recognizes gestures (in the 80s!)
You just draw numbers and symbols with your finger, after which the calculation result is displayed on a small LCD screen above the hands.
