As Censor.NET reports, while such manipulations were being performed, an explosion was heard. Two participants in the action were able to escape from the epicenter, and the third remained near the explosion site, although he showed signs of life. According to the author of the publication, the incident occurred in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
