The guy who became a dog for 15 thousand dollars now dreams of being reincarnated as a cat (3 photos + 1 video)
Blogger Toko is considering four options, but two of them may not work "for logistical reasons."
A Japanese man under the nickname Toco has long dreamed of finding out what it’s like to live like a domestic dog? His strange dream recently came true. To do this, he ordered a life-size collie costume, and is now filming a video in the form of his “alter ego.”
Blogger Toko spared no expense to fulfill his childhood dream: to become a human-sized animal and explore the world around him. He previously admitted that he chose the Border Collie breed because of his big eyes and fluffy coat.
The social media star regularly posts videos on the YouTube channel “I Want to Be an Animal,” where he has 30,000 subscribers. In the form of an animal, he plays and trains, following the dog's behavior. The guy says he likes to do what real pets do.
In one of the videos you can see how a Japanese man in a dog costume turns over on his back to have his belly scratched, walks on a leash, imitating the walking of a collie, and also eats artificial food.
In a new interview, Toko admitted that he is now seriously thinking about reincarnating as some other animal. He is considering four options, but two of them may not be suitable "for logistical reasons."
"First of all, I'm looking for ways to make my limbs more like a dog's. My fur gets dirty, so it takes a lot of effort to clean everything every time... Of course, I would like to transform into other animals. Perhaps a panda or a bear. You could also become a fox or a cat, but they are too small,” the blogger explained.
By the way, according to Greek mythology, the art of living like an animal is called therianthropy. The practice dates back thousands of years and has its roots in folklore, which features incredible stories of humans turning into dogs.
An international anthropomorphic research project proposes to call those who lead this lifestyle “fursonas.”
