The Russian radar and control center of the S-400 Triumph air defense system were destroyed by one of four HIMARS missiles

The Ukrainian military hit the radar and other vehicles from the Russian air defense.

As Censor.NET reports, the radar and combat control center of the S-300 or S-400 air defense system and other vehicles are deployed at the combat position. Judging by the video from the Ukrainian military, the occupiers' air defense was detected using a reconnaissance drone. The cars were in a field near a forest plantation.

The shot included, in theory, a radar for illuminating and guiding anti-aircraft missiles and, in particular, a mobile control center on a truck chassis.

At the same time, it is likely that the air defense missile launchers themselves were dispersed at a distance from each other and camouflaged.

After discovering enemy equipment, the Ukrainian command decided to destroy it. The elements of the Russian air defense system were hit by fire using GMLRS missiles from the American M142 HIMARS multiple launch rocket system.
