Charlize Theron decided to get rid of the luxury real estate that she acquired several years ago. The Spanish-style building was built in the Hollywood Hills in 1969 - it was rebuilt several times, so in the end the building area was 290 square meters.





The mansion consists of three living rooms, four bathrooms, an office, a living room, and a kitchen-dining room. There are high ceilings as well as parquet floors.
