Policeman dressed as Santa Claus arrests drug dealers

Law enforcement officers in the city of Huaral (Lima region, Peru) used, to put it mildly, unconventional methods to detain drug dealers who had previously sold drugs to fake police officers three times before.

During the operation to detain the intruders, one of the law enforcement officers, dressed in a New Year's character costume, used a sledgehammer to knock down the door, after which his colleagues raided the premises and arrested the drug dealers.

According to media reports, police confiscated 3,500 packages of cocaine paste, 287 packages of cocaine and 127 packages of marijuana.

The suspects, three men and a woman, initially thought it was a hoax until police raided the house.

Law enforcement previously dressed as Thor, Spider-Man, Captain America and Black Widow during a November 2022 raid that resulted in the arrests of four members of a local drug gang in Lima.
