On frozen Russian bank accounts to finance Ukraine's military actions:

Instead of just freezing this money, let's take this money and spend it on rebuilding Ukraine, and this is, if you will, a down payment on the reparations that Russia will one day have to pay for the illegal invasion that it undertook.

I've looked at all the arguments and haven't seen anything yet that convinces me this is a bad idea.
