This was reported by the speaker of the Ukrainian Naval Forces Dmitry Pletenchuk.

He said that the occupiers no longer have the same resources as at the beginning of a full-scale war, and Ukraine is better prepared for winter than last year.

However, Pletenchuk urged not to ignore the air alert, since the missile danger still remains serious.
