Polish "professionals" keep their mark. A 65-year-old driver from Poland was charged with negligent commission of a crime posing a public danger. The damage amounted to 30 million crowns, eight people were injured - the truck driver himself, the driver and six train passengers.
“The driver of a Scania truck with a semi-trailer, driving from Hodolan to Pawłowicka Street, probably did not pay due attention to driving and drove into a railway crossing at a red light. Subsequently, a collision occurred with a passing passenger train traveling from Velka Bystrice to the main station of Olomouc,” - noted by the police.
Now the organizer of the event faces “imprisonment for a term of two to eight years or a fine.”
