Patak Rodster - Slovak miniature roadster in retro style (6 photos)

The startup Patak Motors presented a sports car of its own design - the Rodster. The two-seater car without a roof received a retro-style appearance and an affordable price tag, which starts at 16.9 thousand euros.





Unlike most of its classmates, the Patak Rodster looks more like a hot rod than a futuristic car. The fully open 19-inch spoked wheels have no wings. There is also no hardtop or full windshield.

Buyers can choose from 5 exterior colors and exterior accents in chrome, gloss black or matte silver finishes.

The Rodster has a two-seater interior and a folding roof. The seats can be upholstered in eco-leather or genuine leather, and the car also has a modest trunk. Options also include heated seats, cup holders, wireless charging, parking sensors and a rearview camera.

The Patak Rodster is 3360 mm long, 1360 mm wide, and 1395 mm high. This makes it 272mm shorter than the Fiat 500e, but a full 950mm longer than the Citroen Ami. The new product weighs 450 kg.

The ICE version is equipped with a tiny single-cylinder petrol engine producing 20 hp. The maximum speed of the car is limited to 125 km/h.

Electric versions of the new product are equipped with an electric motor producing 20 hp. (15 kW). There are several versions, differing in batteries.

The base model has a 10 kWh battery and a range of 100 km, while the car with a 20 kWh battery can travel up to 250 km. Electric cars accelerate from 0 to 50 km/h in 7 seconds and have a top speed of 130 km/h.

Prices for the Patak Rodster start from 16,900 euros for cars with internal combustion engines. The electric roadster costs at least 22,900 euros, and the version with a larger battery costs 25,400 euros.
