The camera footage shows a man approaching a parked car. He pours some liquid on the hood and sets it on fire. Then he disappears from the place.
The incident occurred on the street. Road in Neftekamsk. Arriving firefighters extinguished the car in 5 minutes.
According to open data, such a car can be bought from free classifieds services from 3.5 to 22.9 million rubles.
