Man saves the life of a drowning koala

Several men riding bicycles spotted the exhausted koala drowning in the river. They were obliged to stop to help the animal!

As soon as the men spotted the animal, they immediately abandoned their bikes and immediately set to work to pull the koala back to shore. Thinking on the go, one of them brought a branch for which the koala could cling.

However, the koala could not hold out on it for very long, as it was very tired. The animal began to sink again, so one cyclist approached him to grab him.

In the video, his friend can be heard warning the man, as koalas have razor-sharp claws. But the young man was determined to help the poor animal!

Coming closer to the koala, the man managed to grab the animal by the scruff of the neck and pull it ashore. But the koala still didn't move. The animal was in a terrible state - he not only had no strength, but he was covered with scabies. That is why the men immediately contacted the Victoria Wildlife organization so that professionals could take care of the health of the animal. Fortunately, thanks to their efforts, the koala has a chance to return to the wild.
