The first stage is unpacking surimi (minced fish) 
Crab sticks are prepared from a special fish paste minced meat called surimi. It is packaged in large bags and frozen. Already in finished form, future crab sticks are brought to the factory.
The second stage - the minced meat is unpacked and unloaded onto the tape 
Stage three - minced meat is ground on a special apparatus 
At this stage, the raw materials are prepared for further preparation. It melts a little and becomes more pliable.
The fourth stage - the minced meat is softened and turned into a paste 
Fifth stage - add nutritional supplements 
Sixth stage - technologists add ice to increase the elasticity of raw materials 
The seventh stage is a little more nutritional supplements, where without them 
The eighth stage - the resulting mass is kneaded to the desired consistency, if necessary, adding more ice
