But “pumped” athletes carry a hefty bag with a huge amount of things, and these are: a couple of sports shakers with BCAA and a gainer (or protein), towels, all sorts of snacks, a whole shower set, a fitness bracelet, an athletic belt, gloves, all kinds of wristbands and bandages and so on. Yes, there is a whole cart here! But in reality it's all just nonsense. Just take one small piece and you will become the king of the bench press!
