Every city has an area (or areas) where street lighting is bad. Since not all people have falcon vision, the usual flashlight on the phone is not enough. Sometimes it gets so dark that falling somewhere becomes easier than a lung. But with such a "spotlight" it is light, as on a clear day. With such a flashlight you can meet ships.
