Musk's company showed what Tesla Bot robots have learned eight months after the last presentation
Well, at least they don’t fall and are able to collect things.
Tesla has demonstrated progress in the development of anthropomorphic robots Optimus (Tesla Bot). The concept is gradually turning into a real product, although many remain skeptical. However, judging by the new video from the company's YouTube channel, the engineers are working tirelessly.
The video shows that while the robots walk very slowly, they do it steadily - 8 months ago at the presentation of Tesla AI Day 2022, "Optimus" almost fell right on the stage in front of the audience, but the company employees held him back. It is noted that the work of the hands, which are considered one of the most difficult parts of anthropomorphic robots, has noticeably improved. Now they are able to shift small items and arrange them in containers.
Musk believes robots are the future. They will solve the problem of labor shortages and in the near future the demand for them will grow to 10-20 billion units. So far, however, Musk's high-profile statements resonate strongly with the current capabilities of his company's robots.
According to experts, at least three years are left before the appearance of a normally functioning robot. Which coincides in time with the fully autonomous car announced by Musk. And this, according to experts, is natural, since the development of artificial intelligence for robots uses the autopilot technologies of Tesla cars.

There is, of course, no exact date for the Tesla Bot to enter the market. But the approximate cost is known. According to Musk, the price of one such robot will be no more than $100,000.
