In the Saratov region, traffic police officers pursued an offender on a motorcycle that was moving without license plates and without a helmet, and later it turned out that he was drunk. During the detention, the motorcyclist resisted and physical force had to be used to detain him. As a result, the motorcyclist lost consciousness and is now in the hospital.
