In Berlin, the authorities allowed topless women to swim in public swimming pools and baths. This list also includes fountains. But the wording of this permission was very embarrassing for men and greatly reduced the joy of this innovation.

Bare-chested swimming should be possible from now on also for females and, accordingly, persons with female breasts.

Now all women (and former men) can be in public places without a top on a par with ordinary men. Remains hope that there are not so many "persons with female breasts" in Berlin, and they are not want to swim in the pools.
