The Dear Fred Photo Archive is a free website that helps people literally see the history of their kind. Currently in the archive contains data on 22,927 surnames, but it is interesting to flip through it even those to whom they do not say anything. Whether it's a portrait of a Swedish postman 1900 or a picture of a French woman with a baguette half a century later, these shots clearly demonstrate how a variety of people lived in a not so distant past.
