In St. Petersburg, a man tried to saddle a horse on Palace Square

An epic incident occurred in St. Petersburg on Palace Square after the New Year. There was a carriage drawn by horses. Suddenly, one of the men decided to jump on a horse and ride it, because of which the animal got scared and rushed at full speed, knocking down a man with children. The suspect fled, and the victims were taken to the hospital (they are doing well, there are no fractures).
