The next eco-activists decided to make a fuss in two airports in Germany. And it looks like they succeeded. According to EuroWeekly News, members of the environmental movement Letzte Generation (“The latest generation") made their way into the territory of the Munich and Berlin airports and glued themselves to the runway.
Activists reported that they blocked traffic on one of the lanes at Munich Airport and Berlin Brandenburg Airport to attract attention of the authorities to the problem of climate change.
“There is no danger from us. However, it comes from the deadly policy of the government!”
the conservationists wrote on Twitter.
According to the publication, the police were informed of a large-scale operation in Munich airport. Because of which the air traffic will be outlined interruptions. How annoying pests will be punished is not reported.
