Near Ulyanovsk, a blind-eyed motorist made a serious accident

On the highway between Cherdakly and Yenganaevo, the driver of a car collided with an oncoming crossover while turning.
The crossover went into a ditch and overturned. The driver was wearing a seatbelt and was not seriously injured.
