In Antarctica, a penguin, swimming away from killer whales, jumped straight into a boat with tourists
The miraculous rescue was caught on video.
Tourists filmed a penguin's attempts in Antarctica to escape from a pod of killer whales that were chasing him. The Daily Mail writes about this.
When the penguin realized he was in an almost impossible situation, he jumped straight onto a boat full of tourists. “It was crazy. It was like watching an episode of National Geographic. I think the penguin was very happy to get away,” said travel blogger Matt Carsten, who filmed the bird’s rescue.
Karsten clarified that the killer whales continued to pursue the boat for some time, but then swam away. After this, the penguin decided to leave the hospitable tourists.
