The diesel scandal has led to the fact that in Germany, car scrapyards are overflowing with still fresh cars, the engines of which, alas, do not meet Euro-5 standards.
The head of one of the car dumps, Mustafa, laments: every day up to 40 completely fresh cars arrive at his farm, they still have to drive and drive! In extreme cases, they could be sold to other countries, but he is forced to put them under pressure. German citizens cannot sell their cars with diesel engines and are forced to give them up in order to get a discount on the purchase of a new car.
Most of the vehicles in the junkyard are in good condition, and there are many that are not even ten years old. Audi, BMW, Volkswagen... Mustafa’s work is in full swing, he says that the same situation is at all car dumps in the country. Well, many large cities in Germany have already restricted the movement of diesel cars, several more cities are on the way, which means more work for Mustafa!
