The Korean martial art of Taekwondo is characterized by the very active use of both arms and legs in combat. In ancient times, this type of combat was intended to knock a galloping opponent out of the saddle. Nowadays, of course, taekwondo is used for completely different purposes. This system of spiritual training and self-defense without weapons has long been one of the most popular sports.
The essence of training this martial art is that by repeating certain punches or kicks many times, the fighter accustoms his body to different movements, correctly strengthening the muscles, tendons and joints.
But even among such serious training there is always a moment for a joke. Do you think that such tough fighters can’t joke? You are very mistaken!
