1) Both the video and sound are real. The sounds appeared for the first time about two weeks ago, but were not so powerful and long-lasting. All options - such as cranes, construction sites, asphalt compactors, etc. - are being considered. One question remains - why didn’t all this happen before? We have been living here (on Osokorki) for 2 years, there have been quite a few construction projects nearby, but we have never heard anything of such magnitude. They write here that they had to run out into the street. But this is almost impossible, firstly, I have two small children, and secondly, by the time you get ready and gather the children, you won’t have time to remove anything, because... sounds appear suddenly, lasting only a few minutes intermittently.
