TAG A FRIEND YOU WANT TO MOTIVATE! It's NOT about being good. It's NOT about being great. It's NOT about being excellent. It's ALL about being your BEST. When you give it your best, you don't need to worry about reaching excellence. This is a game of becoming your best self not someone else's. These are YOUR goals, YOUR life to live and YOUR path to create. It's not about being better than the guy next to you or the guy from ten years ago. Those are paths taken and lives being lived already. At the end of the day the only thing left behind is your name. Story or no story. Impact or no impact. Legend or non legend. These characteristics don't happen with being good, being great, or being excellent. These happen when someone gives it their BEST around the clock. They don't care what anyone else says or does, as what they care about is giving it their ALL at that moment in time to get to where they want to go. It's time you look at yourself in the mirror and say, "I'm going to fight against that person right there." Whatever it takes today to be better than the person I was yesterday is what's going to occur. Will some days consist of reaching a plateau? Yes, but this is when you figure out your true strength and change your methods instead of quitting. Quitting doesn't even cross your mind as we have no quit in our blood. You must push past these plateaus and realize that the only limits you have are the ones you put on yourself. Give it your BEST, fight against YOU, do NOT quit and end up Becoming Limitless!

Your life is exactly like a novel. You are the author of this book though and even though we can't change what is written, we can always turn the page. This novel is written in permanent ink so the previous chapters will always be there to learn from. Even though these chapters can't be changed you can decide on how this book is going to end, as you can always change your future. Everything you do from now on is for your future. The actions you take today are the words written in your novel until that page flips. Ask yourself, am I enjoying the pages I'm currently reading? If the answer is yes, keep moving forward as you are headed in the right direction in writing your novel. If the answer is no, it is time to make a change in your novel and start off with a new chapter. No matter where you are or what situation you are in, it is never too late to start your novel over and begin writing your own best seller.

TAG A FRIEND YOU WANT TO MOTIVATE! When you start by doing what is necessary and then you do what's possible, suddenly you are doing the impossible. If something hasn't been done before it is looked at as impossible, but the only impossible journey is the one you never begun. This weekend is another chance to start something great in your life. YOU get to decide if you want to do something special, conquer goals, and begin a journey that once seemed impossible. The most difficult step in your journey will be that first one. We live in a world where finding comfort is what we strive for, but what we need to conceptualize is that life begins at the end of your comfort zone. We fear leaving this zone as we don't know what lies beyond it. Sitting here today we all have "wants." If you want something in life that you've never had, then you've got to do something you've never done. This means it's time that you leave your comfort zone, take that first step to begin your journey and work for what you have always wanted in life.

TAG A FRIEND YOU WANT TO MOTIVATE! Three years ago I was diagnosed with bulging disk and spinal stenosis due to my body being so uneven. I was told by medical professionals that I would have back problems my entire life and should expect to be in a wheelchair between the ages of 35-40. I went to countless specialist of all fields and asked the same question. "Is this going to SOLVE my problems?" The reply back was always, "It won't solve your problems, but it will help." The band aid approach was not help in my eyes, as I was not going to sign up for something that wasn't a solution to my problem. This was the start of my fitness journey Day 1 I walked into the gym with minimal knowledge, no prosthetic and a HUGE problem. At this point I could barely walk around for an hour without having to lay on the ground for some sort of pain relief. My long term goal was to fix my back and knew the only way to do this was to even out my body. For the first six months in the gym I only lifted on my left side, even though I was tempted to lift both sides of my body. I knew that I had to give up short term satisfactions, when I had this long term goal. Some days after lifting it wasn't that I didn't want to get out of bed, but my body physically couldn't get out of bed. This lead me to two options: 1. Concede Or 2. Keep pushing Over these past three years I have failed, I have learned and I have conquered. It wasn't the fact of if I was going to fix my problems it was when these problems would be fixed. Sitting here today there is no pain anywhere in my body as those goals are accomplished and it is on to the next set of goals. We all have problems in our lives and they all can be solved as long as you WANT them to be. It's going to take longer then a day or a month or even a year to accomplish some goals, but if you set your mentality to complete your goals, your "if" becomes a "when." Set your priorities straight as you can accomplish absolutely anything you want in life. Today is again another chance to get where you want to go in life and an opportunity to give up short term satisfactions of today and strive towards your long term goals of your future.

Life doesn't always allow you to be in control of every situation and its outcomes, but what you can always be in control of is your attitude and how you deal with it. A positive attitude changes everything, as it will give you power over your own circumstances instead of your circumstances having power over you. This is why a bad attitude is equivalent to having a flat tire. If you don't change the flat tire, you'll never go anywhere. It's time we all change our daily attitudes and keep our tires full in order to see how far we can drive down the path we create. Keep in mind that only those who risk going too far find out how far one can go. This all starts with your attitude and once your tires are full you can begin to push your limits. Limits are self created by living in the comfort zone of today. You need to get comfortable with being uncomfortable until you push yourself to the edge of your limits. This is how your limits expand. Fill up your tires today, risk going too far and start pushing yourself till you are limitless.
